Managing the domestic Australian business as part of a global retail program managed out of Beats HQ in Los Angeles. The role of the Beats ‘Pulse’ Team is train retail staff on BBD products and positioning and support retail partners with instore demonstrations & sales drivers.

The Australian Pulse Team are part of a global community of ambassadors. They check their store visits and report through a bespoke app, monitored by BBD in the US. The community communicate via Slack, sharing results, feedback and best practice. In Australia, the team currently focus on JB HiFi, Harvey Norman & Myer.
